James joined the RQ team in early 2023 as the Director of Growth, bringing over a decade of proven expertise in scaling user acquisition and driving product innovation.

For the past 11 years, James has played key roles at leading fintech and legaltech startups in London, many backed by top-tier venture capital firms. His career includes impactful stints at Datapane, WealthKernel, BrightTALK, and Lexoo, where he spearheaded product and marketing growth strategies.

James holds a Master’s degree in History and Economics from the University of Aberdeen and has earned advanced certifications in industry growth practices. Beyond his professional life, he is passionate about traveling, running, hiking, skiing, and playing football.
