Meet the team

James joined the RQ team in early 2023 to lead Product Growth, bringing more than a decade of expertise in scaling user acquisition and driving product innovation.

He has spent the past 11 years at top fintech and legaltech startups in London, many backed by leading venture capital firms. His experience includes roles at Datapane, WealthKernel, BrightTALK, and Lexoo, where he led product and marketing growth efforts.

James holds an MA in History and Economics from the University of Aberdeen, along with advanced industry growth certifications. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, running, hiking, skiing, and football.
