How do I install the RQ Outlook add-in?

The RQ Outlook add-in is deployed by your IT administrator through the Microsoft 365 admin centre. Follow these steps: 1. <a href="https://26562529.fs1.hubspotusercontent-eu1.net/hubfs/26562529/RQ%20Outlook%20App%20Manifest%20July%2026.xml.zip" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Download the RQ Outlook manifest file</a> 2. Sign in to the <a href="https://admin.microsoft.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Microsoft 365 admin centre</a> 3. Go to Settings > Integrated Apps 4. Click "Upload custom apps" and select "Office Add-in" as the app type 5. Choose "Upload manifest file (.xml)" and upload the RQ manifest file you downloaded in step 1 6. In the deployment step, choose whether to deploy to specific users, specific groups, or the entire organisation 7. Accept the permissions and complete the deployment Once deployed, the RQ add-in will appear automatically in your users' Outlook — both desktop and web versions. It can take up to 72 hours for the add-in to appear in all users' Outlook clients. Central deployment is recommended for firms, as it ensures everyone has the add-in and simplifies updates. No action is required from individual users.
