Now, you can.

We’re excited to announce the launch of our new Outlook add-in, allowing you to send, receive, and manage referrals directly within Outlook. By integrating RQ into your team's Outlook accounts, you can get all the benefits of RQ without adding to your advisers’ workloads.


What is it?

RQ is now available as a certified Microsoft Outlook add-in, allowing users to access the platform’s core features directly from their inbox. With this integration, you can easily send referrals, track and update cases, view stats, manage relationships, and complete due diligence from inside Outlook.

Why we built it

Accountants need to stay compliant when referring clients, especially for FCA-regulated services. However, many firms struggle with poor visibility and inconsistent referral processes, leaving compliance teams in the dark about where referrals are going.

Since referrals are often not a core focus for advisers, getting them to make introductions when needed can also be challenging. Keeping track of updates and getting accurate referral data into your systems can also be difficult.

While RQ addresses these issues, we know that adding another tool can burden busy advisers. That’s why we’ve seamlessly integrated RQ into Outlook, making referrals easy, compliant, and fully tracked—without adding to advisers' workloads or requiring new software.

With RQ inside Outlook, advisers can make and track referrals more easily, ensuring clients are referred to the right partners, and that the process is automated and transparent. This way, clients get a smooth, high-quality experience.

Get started

Anyone on your team with an RQ account can add it to their Outlook inbox by going to Get Add-Ins in Outlook, searching for "RQ referrals," and clicking Add. Once added, click Referrals at the top of your inbox (we recommend pinning it for easy access), and simply log into your RQ account—it's that easy!
